What are your hours of operation?

Bubba’s Truckers is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders can be placed online 24/7. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for email inquiries.

How long do orders take to receive?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days.

** Bubba’s Truckers is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if this occurs. You will be given your package's tracking number when the order has been shipped. Please notify us with any questions or concerns; we are more than willing to help.

How do I handle a return or exchange?

If our product does not meet your needs for any reason at all, we are more than happy to take it back. We allow you to return the item or items within 25 days of your purchase. You will be given store credit for the same amount of your products returned. Only items that have not been worn or altered may be accepted. Please take care when returning, as we may not accept items that have been damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Are there ever any discounts?

Yes! Promo codes can be applied at time of check out. Please only use one promo code per purchase, but as often as you would like! 

 What is the sizing?

Bubba’s Truckers offers two sizes of hats. All of our hats have adjustable snapback to allow you to adjust the size for that perfect fit.

Small fits most 5 month to 18 month olds

Medium fits most 18 month to 4/5 year olds
